Doober (“Doober,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit heydoober.com, create or use a customer account, join our mailing list, contact us, or use our ordering and delivery services.
This Policy applies to information collected through our website and related customer services. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that maintain their own privacy policies.

We do not intend to retain identification images through our general website signup form. An identification document may be reviewed or processed through an authorized ordering, compliance, or verification provider when legally required.

Communications and preferences, including messages sent to us, support requests, survey responses, and choices regarding marketing communications.

Some information cannot be deleted or may need to be retained to complete transactions; protect security; prevent fraud; exercise legal rights; or satisfy cannabis, tax, accounting, regulatory, and other legal obligations.
8. AGE RESTRICTIONS
Doober’s cannabis-related services are intended only for adults who meet applicable legal age requirements. We do not knowingly offer cannabis products or services to anyone under 21. If we learn that we collected personal information from an ineligible minor, we will take reasonable steps to delete it unless retention is legally required.
